Mix Chamber System (MCS)

The Mix Chamber System is a system where the hot air inside the oven cavity mixes with the cold air from outside. The Mix Chamber considerably reduces the temperature of cooking fumes inside the chamber before it is extracted through the tangential fan.

The HE range ovens feature a dynamic ventilation system that achieves less heat accumulation. This system enables the installation of ovens in smaller housing spaces, except for models HE 735 and HE 720 which include a forced ventilation system with a Mix Chamber System.
